ST. LOUIS, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- I was appointed as a public member of the Board of Governors of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Since I am now convinced that the public interest is not being well served at the Exchange, I hereby resign my membership on said Board.
