Sep. 27-- Business is returning to accustomed levels for chef Rick Tramonto, co-owner of Tru, the four-star St. Clair Street restaurant.
"Weekend business has hardly been touched by recent events," Tramonto says, adding that the first few days of the week remain a bit slower.
For Tramonto and others in the hospitality industry, business has changed for the foreseeable future.
