HEARTS IN ATLANTIS
Grade: C+
A mysterious older man befriends a boy
Rating: PG-13
Running time: 101 minutes
Hearts in Atlantis may remind you of Stand by Me. There's a good reason. Novelist Stephen King's work inspired both movies, and both immerse us in the world of boys. Neither movie dabbles in King's trademark horror, and both have moments that are sensitively realized.
