DRESS SHIRT MAKERS EYE BIGGER BRANDED B&T BIZ
NEW YORK -- Dress shirt manufacturers are confident that they have the wanted ingredients to inject new vitality in the Big & Tall furnishings business at retail.
And this show of confidence comes at a time when B&T stores will be shopping the latest BATMAN (Big & Tall Men's Apparel Needs) show which begins its four-day run Sunday at the Reno/Sparks Convention Center, Reno, Nev.
After coming off a reportedly flat spring at retail, special-size merchants are expected to be much more selective in shopping the more than 200 sportswear, furnishings and accessories and tailored clothing lines at the show.
