EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF AMERICA REPORTS 1989 NINE MONTHS RESULTS
HIALEAH, Fla., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Equipment Company of America (NASDAQ: ECOA), manufacturer of materials handling equipment for the domestic and international markets, and AllTape (R) pressure-sensitive tapes, today reported results of operations for the company's quarter and nine months ended Sept. 29, 1989.
Sales for the third quarter fell 15.2 percent to $4,797,000 from $5,658,000 for the third quarter of 1988. For the nine months, sales declined 2.9 percent to $15,543,000 vs. $16,015,000 for the first nine months of 1988. The company recorded a loss in the 1989 third quarter of ...
