Tim Sinclair, 28, of Baldwinsville grew up in the small Western New York town of Pavilion, the oldest of three boys. He figures that had something to do with his cooking.
Not growing up in Pavilion, but being the oldest in a family of boys.
"My mother had no daughters, so she taught me how to cook," he says.
Tim enjoyed helping his mom bake cookies. Linda and Howard Sinclair, Tim's parents, still live in Pavilion, about 30 miles southwest of Rochester.
