more than 500 professional culinary schools in the United States today.
Nearly all schools included below offer a nationally and/or regionally
accredited program that leads to an associate's or bachelor's degree
in a culinary discipline. In the interest of space, community colleges
and programs offering diplomas and/or certificates (but not degrees)
generally were not included, although these are viable and valuable
training resources as well.
