Geron Corporation (Nasdaq:GERN) announced today that it has filed an answer and a motion for judgment on the pleadings in the lawsuit brought against it by the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation ("WARF").
Geron's motion asks the court to rule in Geron's favor on the basis of WARF's amended complaint and Geron's answer, without the necessity for a trial.
