OSHA PROPOSES $251,680 IN PENALTIES
PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Labor Department's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) today proposed penalties totaling $251,680 for safety and health violations against 24 construction contractors at Liberty Place II, a large construction site in Center City Philadelphia.
