Oct. 7-- Baseball fans, Astros players or anyone who wants to be able to walk from their apartment to Enron Field are getting more opportunities because new places to live are being built.
Several residential projects have just begun and more are planned.
The residential market on the east side of downtown, just to the east of Enron Field, is coming to life this fall, as the baseball season comes to a close.
