Tower Bridge Advisors, an investment advisory firm recently formed by a group of industry veterans headed by Maris Ogg, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Lloyd, Leith & Sawin, an investment counseling firm with approximately $200 million of assets under management, for an undisclosed price. Three professionals and three staff members of Lloyd, Leith & Sawin will join Tower Bridge Advisors, including principals John S. Lloyd and Virginia B. Leith, as well as senior vice president Paul B. Kuper.
