Lots of managers have great ideas but, argues Mike Brown, if firms are to avoid creating another Dome, they need to hire managers who can turn these ideas into increased profits
Successful businesses depend on managers who can deliver. All too often, organisations fail to achieve their aims because of the gap that exists between aspiration and implementation.
