ARLINGTON, Va.--Mail-order pharmacy critics' claims of health risks notwithstanding, has now emerged as a small, yet integral, component of the nation's prescription network. As a consequence, more drug chains, not wanting to miss out on this growing business, have joined the fray for mail-order dollars by establishing businesses of their own.
