ADELAIDE, Oct 5 Asia Pulse - A tribunal ruling on the boundary of the world famous Coonawarra wine region today has excluded some vineyards and vindicated others.
In a decision certain to prolong the bitter debate about where the famed South Australian wine region starts and ends, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal said today there was no absolute correct boundary for the Coonawarra.
The tribunal ruled on the merits of claims to be included in the Coonawarra of 44 grapegrowers and winemakers, finding 25 should be included and 19 excluded.
