STEVE PERRYMAN'S advice, for all those England fans intent on supporting their team in Japan and South Korea next summer, is to start saving up now. Perryman has been involved in coaching and management in Japan for the past five years, first with Shimizu S-Pulse and now Kashiwa Reysol the club linked to electronics giants Hitachi and based about a 40-minute fast train ride from Tokyo.
He says: "The culture in Japan is based on quality and service but you pay for that.
