MANCHESTER UNITED chief executive Peter Kenyon is the latest big name to lend his support to an Old Firm departure to the Premiership.
As FIFA began a weekend campaign to try to quell demands for Scotland's Big Two to head south, Kenyon's comments will be welcomed gratefully by the powerbrokers within Ibrox and Celtic Park.
Although his statement was short in length, it was massive in content and the influence that a supporting role from the biggest club in the country could play should not be underestimated.
