PREVIOUS $1 MILLION VERDICT FOR FORMER ACCUTANE USER
NUTLEY, N.J., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- A $1 million award for compensatory damages granted to a former Accutane patient after a lengthy jury trial has been overturned in a post-trial motion by the trial court judge who presided over the jury trial. The court entered a judgment in favor of Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., a major New Jersey research-intensive health care company.
