FEARS of a terrorist anthrax attack in America grew last night as investigators said they believed two cases of the disease, one of them fatal, were caused by foul play.
British-born journalist Bob Stevens died in Florida on Friday from the disease and one of his colleagues tested positive for exposure to the spores which cause it, although he has not developed the deadly disease.
