The chief executives of Niagara Mohawk and National Grid USA Tuesday named a second tier of officers to assume jobs after the planned merger of the utilities.
The top 10 executive assignments were announced in May. Since then, company officials have been working to select the next level of management. The merger is expected to close late this year or early next.
National Grid Group of Great Britain, the parent of National Grid USA, plans to acquire Niagara Mohawk for about $3 billion and merge its operations with those of National Grid USA, which operates in New England. Niagara Mohawk will keep its name but ...
