THE SPORT of bowling throughout Asia and the Pacific can expect to get a major boost in its bid to become a regular event in the Summer Olympics with the entry of Kegel Asia Incorporated in the picture.
Kegel Asia Inc., launched yesterday at the Manila Hotel and to be based in the Philippines, is an offshoot of an agreement between members of the Asian bowling federations and Kegel, which boasts of the latest and most advanced innovations in coaching and lane maintenance to the region.
