Fleetwood Mac's Mick Fleetwood will play a special all-star show Friday at the Canyon Club to benefit his longtime friend, keyboardist Peter Bardens, who is battling cancer.
The lineup, billed as Mick Fleetwood and Friends, will include saxophonist and radio host Dave Koz, Fleetwood Mac bassist John McVie, blues veteran John Mayall, the Eagles' Joe Walsh, percussionist Sheila E., singer-guitarist Ron Thompson and others.
In addition, folk-bluesman Ben Harper will perform an acoustic set. Bardens, who led the '70s prog-rock group Camel, is expected to take the stage.
