FDA RE-EXAMINATION AFFIRMS GENERIC DRUG SAFETY,
INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION SAYS
NEW YORK, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Excellent results from a recent Food and Drug Administration (FDA) retesting program of 2,500 generic drug samples -- representing about three-quarters of generic prescriptions in the U.S. -- show consumers they can continue to rely on affordable, quality generic drugs, according to a generic drug association.
