Oct. 14--Tucson real estate broker Craig Finfrock has left Grubb & Ellis Southwest after 10 years to form Commercial Retail Advisors LLC.
Finfrock, an 18-year veteran who specializes in retail space, brought with him a clientele of about 10 shopping centers. He's also working on three new centers on the Southeast, Southwest and Northwest sides of Tucson.
Finfrock's move comes five months after Grubb & Ellis was purchased locally by Ronald C. Scholl, who also operates Westar Partners LLC, a shopping center developer.
