Allied Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AHI) announced today that its car hauling subsidiary, Allied Automotive Group, has successfully entered into agreements with its manufacturing clients which provide for the payment of the previously announced administrative processing fee. The Company has implemented the fee with clients representing approximately 85% of its annual revenues effective September 6, 2001, and is continuing its discussions regarding fees with one client which is under a long term agreement with Allied.
