Following the lead of the District of Columbia Superior Court and the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, the District of Columbia Contract Appeals Board has launched an electronic filing (e-filing) project to streamline court filings. The three courts together will enable area attorneys to conduct the business of law electronically in an estimated 23,000 cases using the CourtLink(R) eFile service.
This marks the first administrative court to implement CourtLink eFile to manage litigation. The D.C. Contract Appeals Board is also the latest court in the nation to launch e-filing to manage growing ...
