HAUTE-NORMANDIE is one of the most industrialized areas in France, characterized by major and diversified industrial activities located mainly in the cities of Rouen and Le Havre along the Seine River. The inherent air pollution of these industrial activities can have harmful effects on the environment and on the health of those who live in these cities.
