PrimeSource Corporation (NASDAQ:PSRC), the leading distributor and digital workflow integrator to the printing and publishing industry announced today the completion of the acquisition of all of its outstanding common stock (and associated rights) by Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc. ("Fuji") through its wholly-owned subsidiary, FPF Acquisition Corp.
The acquisition was completed by the merger of FPF Acquisition Corp. into PrimeSource, making PrimeSource a wholly-owned subsidiary of Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc., Fuji's newly formed national distribution subsidiary.
