LOCAL MARKET INFORMATION ABOUT FAST-GROWING MEAT SNACKS CATEGORY TO BE

AVAILABLE IN FIRST QUARTER OF 2002

ACNielsen U.S., an operating unit of ACNielsen, a VNU company, today announced that it will add local market data for meat snacks to its convenience channel sales information service, Convenience Track(TM). Information about the category will expand beyond Total US reporting and will be available for 30 major markets beginning in the first quarter of 2002.
