HOUSTON RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE GETS THE RED CARPET TREATMENT FROM DU PONT
HOUSTON, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The newly renovated Houston Ronald McDonald House received the red carpet treatment today when representatives from a local "Partnership in Caring" presented the House with a 3-feet-by-3-feet portrait of Ronald McDonald, custom-made from Du Pont (NYSE: DD) certified "Stainmaster" carpet, as a symbol of a recent gift valued at $37,000.
This month, Bagdad Carpets installed 1,704 square yards of Du Pont "Stainmaster" carpet, donated by Du Pont, Bigelow and Karastan Rugs and Carpets, into the 21-bedroom House located on 1550 La Concha Lane.
