Question: We have read repeatedly about the failures of the U.S. intelligence community to respond effectively to the terrorist threat over the past several years. I understand that former Sens. Gary Hart and Warren Rudman attempted to warn our government about this threat early this year. What actually happened to their report and to whom was it addressed?
