Oct. 15--Georgia-based Lund International Holdings Inc. is selling its Corona automotive aftermarket manufacturing plant.
Duluth, Ga.-based Lund International announced Oct. 2 it will sell its Smittybilt Inc. and Trailmaster product lines, manufactured at a 207,000- square-foot factory and distribution plant near the Interstate 15 and the 91 Freeway.
Lund has hired investment banking firm Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin to help facilitate the sale. The two divisions employ a total of 155 people, said Dennis Vollmershausen, CEO for Lund.
