WASHINGTON, Nov. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- World AIDS Day will be observed around the world on Dec. 1, with major events planned in thousands of cities, towns and communities, including a special observance of World AIDS Day in Washington, at the Pan American Health Organization, regional office of the World Health Organization, on Friday, Dec. 1, starting at 9:15 a.m.
