Horace Mann Educators Corporation (NYSE:HMN) and The Commerce Group, Inc. (NYSE:CGI) today announced the formation of a marketing alliance that is expected to positively impact the growth of both companies in Massachusetts.
Under the terms of an agency agreement between Commerce and Horace Mann Service Corporation, a licensed brokerage agency in the State of Massachusetts, Horace Mann will provide its customers with Commerce Insurance auto policies, while continuing to write other Horace Mann products, including property, life insurance, and retirement annuities.
