LANGHORNE, Pa., Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ --
On behalf of Pennsylvania Gov. Mark Schweiker, Education Secretary Charles B. Zogby today joined Lowell Milken, Chairman of the Milken Family Foundation, as Milken presented a National Educator Award to Mike Hoy, a Neshaminy High School teacher.
Hoy, chairman of the high school's science department, received the award during a surprise announcement as hundreds of students looked on. Hoy also will receive a cash award of $25,000 from the Milken Family Foundation.
