Building your management team
Every organization has a basic objective. For a basketball team, that objective is to win games, which is accomplished by scoring more points than the opposition. For a novice, meeting this objective would seem simple enough. Just assemble a squad consisting of the best scorers, put them onto the court and let them play.
Unfortunately, the complexities of the sport of basketball dooms this method of team building to failure from the start.
