The Bengals will no longer have to worry about stopping return man Glyn Milburn when they play the Chicago Bears at Paul Brown Stadium on Sunday. He was released Wednesday.
Milburn was released following a game in which he muffed one kickoff against the Cardinals and fumbled another.
Milburn is the team's career leader in kick return yardage. He was selected to the Pro Bowl after the 1999 season.
On Sunday, he botched one kickoff when the ball hit his facemask. He also twisted his ankle on a punt return.
