What does it mean to be a global business? You need to know before you leave money on the table, and alienate potential customers.
What does it take to be a global business? If you're a U.S. business accepting orders from other countries, does that mean you're a global business? If you create a Web site in multiple languages, does that mean you're a global business? If you're a business based in an English-speaking country, and you do business with other English-speaking countries, does that mean you're a global business?
The answer to all three questions is no ... and maybe.
