The audited results of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY; BSE: SCS) for the second quarter ended September 30, 2001 (Q2) of the financial year 2001-2002 (fiscal 2002) were approved in the Board meeting held today. Total income was Rs.453.50 crore ($ 95.92 million), a 59.73 increase over the income of the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal year; Net Profit increased 100.29 to Rs. 134.08 crore ($ 28.35 million).
