OSCA, Inc. (Nasdaq: OSCA), a major provider of specialized oil and gas well completion products and services, announced continued improvement in year-over-year and sequential earnings for the third quarter ended September 30, 2001.
The Company reported record revenue, operating income and net income for the quarter. Revenue for the quarter was $48.6 million, a 43% increase compared to the corresponding period last year.
