Oct. 26--EUROPEAN FLAVOR COMES TO CORNER OF COLFAX AVENUE: Jeanne Skelton has opened a new downtown South Bend store that has the look and feel of an eclectic little Chicago apparel and gift shop.
Inspire Me blends in well with the Circa Arts gift shop and art gallery next door. The southwest corner of Colfax Avenue and Hill Street might not have the foot traffic of nearby Michigan Street, but it certainly has an alluring European flavor.
