Naked Fish strips itself of convention in order to get noticed.
When Woburn, Mass.-based Naked Fish wanted Boston-area diners to notice the then-new seafood chain in 1999, it asked its models to drop their drawers. Full-page ads in Boston magazines and newspapers featured local celebrities, such as boxer and actor Richie LaMontagne, in the buff, save for a, er, strategically placed fish.
