STANFORD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 2001
In a joint statement issued today, the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution and Peace at Stanford University, and National Review, Inc., announced that the broadcast archives of William F. Buckley Jr.'s famed television show, Firing Line, will be permanently housed in the archives of the Hoover Institution. Broadcast from 1966 to 1999, Firing Line enjoys the distinction of being the longest-running public affairs show with a single host in television history.
The Firing Line archives consist of broadcast tapes of all 1,504 shows, transcripts of all tapes, and extensive research ...
