A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at Old North Church, Boston, for Neil E. Tillotson, the first voter in every presidential election since 1960 and founder of Tillotson Corp.
Mr. Tillotson died Wednesday at Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in Colebrook, N.H. He was 102.
Born in Canaan, Vt., Mr. Tillotson attended schools there and studied at the former Lowell Technical College, now the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He lived in Watertown for 30 years and in Wellesley for 10 years. Mr. Tillotson also had a home in Boston since 1953 and a home in Dixville Notch since 1960.
