The bombing of Afghanistan is morally wrong and won't make the United States safer, say Minnesota peace activists.
"A human life in Afghanistan is worth the same as a human life in the United States," said Jessica Sundin of the Anti-War Committee. "People of conscience have to make a stand."
"The path to safety will not be found on the path the Bush Administration has set out on," said Alan Dale of Women Against Military Madness (WAMM). Bombing Afghanistan "is the path to more violence and war."
