California Pizza Kitchen (Nasdaq:CPKI), a leading casual dining restaurant chain and home of the Original BBQ Chicken pizza and many other innovative hearth-baked pizzas, creative pastas, salads, soups and sandwiches, will open their first Utah restaurant on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001 at The Gateway in downtown Salt Lake City.
The 154-seat restaurant, located at the 200 South and 400 West entrance at The Gateway, is one of the first full-service restaurants to open in the new multi-purpose complex.
