I T Group Inc. (www.it-group.com), a document management consulting company, today announced an agreement to assist the Louisiana Public Service Commission (LPSC) (www.lpsc.org) in migrating more than one million documents to a state-of-the-art document management system. I T Group officials said the agreement was part of the 80-year-old state agency's effort to improve operational efficiencies and significantly decrease paper storage space requirements before it joins other agencies moving into the new Baton Rouge offices by 2003.
