VeriFone, Inc., the worldwide leader in electronic-payment solutions, today announced that Global Payments Inc.(tm) (NYSE: GPN), a leading provider of electronic processing services, has signed a multi-year agreement with VeriFone to offer VeriFone's Omni(R) 3300 terminals, SoftPay(tm) credit and debit software, and SC 550 PINpads in Canada.
