Bio-Vascular, Inc., (Nasdaq: BVAS) expects to meet its guidance given on August 22, 2001 for its fiscal year ending today, October 31. This includes consolidated revenue growth of 27 percent and fully diluted EPS growth of 271 percent. This equates to revenue of near $28 million and fully diluted earnings per share of approximately 19 cents.
