Gov. George Pataki and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver are going to the mall together on Halloween.
Both are in town today to deliver a treat to Carousel Center: The official announcement of the $25 million International Tourism Center, and the ensuing marketing campaign linking the growing entertainment/retail complex and its coming high-tech tourism center to cities, towns and attractions throughout Upstate New York.
The news conference is scheduled for 3:45 p.m. on the mall's first level, in front of H&M.
