THIRD QUARTER RESULTS
Torch Offshore, Inc. (NASDAQ:TORC) announced today that revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 2001 increased 22.7 percent to $15.6 million compared to $12.7 million for the year-ago quarter. Gross profit was $3.9 million or 25.1 percent of revenues for the third quarter of 2001, compared to $3.8 million or 29.7 percent of revenues for the year-ago quarter.
